After running bug-summary.php manually, I noticed the following error in Qmail's logfile: Dec 21 12:59:28 pb12 qmail: 1103651968.278753 delivery 11816: failure: Connected_to_140.211.166.39_but_sender_was_rejected./Remote_host_said:_501_MAIL_FROM_syntax_error/ This is the response from the php.net MX server, and it tells us that the mail does not come with a well-formed email address in the From: field.
