Bug description: Link to package page from finished proposals
Description:
------------
It would be nice to have a prominent link to the package overview from the
finished proposal.
I'm getting a lot of mails from users that found the proposals of one of
my packages (which already have been released) and ask questions, which
would have been answered if they found the package homepage.
