Extra fields added to an DataObject with $DO->selectAdd() are not
available in the grid any longer.
The behaviour changed with DataObject.php revision 1.15. I hope this
behaviour can be restored, because it is very usefull.
Reproduce code:

$Person = new DataObject_Person();
$Person->selectAdd('(SELECT Color FROM Colors where Colors.id =
Person.EyeColorId) AS EyeColor');
$dg = new Structures_DataGrid(30);
$dg->bind($Person);
The above SQL requires MySQL > 4 because of the subselect. Another way to
get the same results, but unfortunatly not working too is as followed:
$Person = new DataObject_Person();
$EyeColor = new DataObject_Colors();
$Person->joinAdd($EyeColor);
$Person->selectAdd('Color AS EyeColor');
$dg = new Structures_DataGrid(30);
$dg->bind($Person);
Expected result:
----------------
EyeColor available in the DataGrid as in revisions before 1.14.
