Concerning this: I had another look at the server-side setup and
noticed that the temporary directory that serves as the source for
phpDocumentor contained 25MB of source code from old packages.
Normally this directory should be empty and I have no clue where the
stale data came from.
It may be possible that phpDocumentor had problems parsing that much
of data, which is why the directory has been purged. I don't know if
this will solve the issue -- we'll know this after the next release.
