Bug description: trackback system uses __get()

The trackback system uses __get(). Unfortunately, the syntax for __get()
is different in PHP 4 and PHP 5. So, now one can't develop or deploy
pearweb on a PHP 5 machine. Please either don't use __get() or rework
things so the method is defined differently depending on which version of
PHP is in use.
