HTML_QuickForm Directory Problems...

I am trying to install HTML_QuickForm, but am having difficulty understanding exactly how to go about doing this.. I get all the directories to what I think is correct, and I get errors saying that documents to not exist. The program searches for files in directories, that they did not save that file in.. For example, all the form elements are held in a folder called /QuickForm/, but the program looks in the directory /HTML/QuickForm//, could please explain, why it does not work, or direct me to someone who is knowledgable in the subject.
