If it is changed to a simple ampersand, it works just fine. Of course, it takes forever for PEAR to generate a complete graph. But on the statistics page it shows up properly all the same. This should be a simple fix. Unfortunately I don't have the pearweb module checked out else I would submit a patch. (The problem is in the "updateGraph" javascript function: line 250 of /pearweb/public_html/package-stats.php.)
