Bug description: latest api docs symlinking not working

I think there is an issue with the script that symlinks the latest API
docs to a fixed URL. It doesnt seem to work for LiveUser atleast. It might
be related to the fact that LiveUser never had a stable release and maybe
your script only symlinks for stable releases Martin?
