We've completely relaunched the package search. Within the current

Description:
------------
Can be done in two ways (ideal - both).
First is to perform additional search in package descriptions when
selecting "search in the packages" from site search menu.
Second is to add additional checkbox "search in package descriptions"
to package search page.
