For some odd reason the latest version of the LiveUser release is not
being installed on PEAR 1.4.0a12:
pear install LiveUser-beta installs the previous version 0.16.2. On the
project website it however makes the latest version 0.16.3 available.
shortly after the 0.16.3 LiveUser release I made the LiveUser_Admin 0.3.2
release which is installable as expected.
