I've tried the other way and added temporarely <rubs> (as lead, developer and helper - alternatively) to the ScriptReorganizer package, (all three variants) with success! Could someone please be so kind to look into this issue? Are there any conditions to be met, for a PEAR developer to be added to a PECL package?
