Not quite, but you can mirror the site in one way: use pear download-all to download the latest release of each package, and ask users to install from that local repository. This is very crude, unfortunately. We are very close to a better solution, but it will be a while before it is ready (this is a REST-based solution for those wondering what I'm talking about) Greg
