Hi,
so I think its time we start 2 new sections (could be just a single page for now) on the PEAR page where we link all known PEAR channels and frameworks that make heavy use of PEAR. It should be a fairly open list where we clearly state that we do not endorse or check the content of the site. But that we will take down anything we get reports of abuse on or where the content has disappeared. A simple link with a mail to for pear-webmaster@lists.php.net for people to request being added should suffice.
