PHP version: 4.3.11

Bug Type: Bug
Bug description: Edit Maintainers
Description:
------------
I tried to edit the role of a maintainer, but it did not work. My changes
were not accepted.
Also logging in and out seems to be a bit hokey. I logged in, but the
logout link was still there. I then clicked on another link and the login
link was now the logout link. Same delay happened when I logged out.
