Is memcached installed on the pear box? It would make sense to store
various data in memcached so that we don't hit the database as often
which should take off some of the load on the server.
Let me know what you think about this idea or if we should use perlbal
and reverse proxy the pecl.php.net, pear.php.net over multiple boxes
or if you guys require the pecl.php.net website hosted I can host it
on the same box that the doc.php.net website is running on.
Either way let me know :)
