New Comment:
This bug has been fixed in CVS.
If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on
pear.php.net by the end of next Sunday (CET).
If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should
be live shortly.
Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release.
Thank you for the report and for helping us make PEAR better.

I'm logged in fine everywhere else in the site. For instance I just
worked on some bugs in the bug interface.
FYI: Using Firefox 1.0.6. I have cookies off, but pear.php.net is an
"exception."

Cannot reproduce. I can login with my account, pear.dev test or pepr.
Are you sure you allow cookies in your browser?

Description:
------------
Hi:
I'm logged in. When I click on the "New Proposal" link in the left nav
(which leads to http://pear.php.net/pepr/pepr-proposal-edit.php)
I get a
message saying I need to log in.
Thanks.
