Bug description: mdb2 is falsely reporting that mysql doesn't support innodb
Description:
------------
I'm using MDB2 with mysql 4.1.20. When I run
$db->supports('transactions')
it comes up as false. I know that INNODB is turned on. In fact if I change
$this->supported['transactions'] to TRUE in the mysql driver, I can get it
to half work. That is I can start a transaction as well as issue
rollbacks. But when I issue a commit ($db->commit();), I get an
unsupported error. So, if instead I issue a commit via the query function
($db->query('commit');), the sql is committed.
Not sure what other information I should include.
