I have been trying to submit a bug report into the PEAR bug system and it refuses to work. first it keeps asking me to fill out the correct captcha, when I have filled out the correct one..
Then I tried submitting a bug w/o specifying a username..
And it says "you need to specify a usernamne", but gives me no place to actually enter in a username after that point.
I had filed a bug last week w/o any issues..
