Bug description: problems with "voting-only"-account
Description:
------------
Some time ago I registered a voting account for the election system.
One problem is that mails from the bug system seem to be sent to
berdir@php.net. AFAIK I don't have such an account or atleast don't know
how to access it. I'd like to get the mails to the address saved in my
profile.
Another problem is that I have too low permissions:
- I don't see the "add Comment" link, but I can comment, when I open the
URL directly
- I cannot edit my own bug reports (@since 1.9.0, it seems that there is
no owner)
- I can't submit patches
- other tings, wich I don't remember at the moment :)
Not sure if it is a bug or a feature... but it doesn't make sense to me,
that i can do less than an anonymous user (atleast before 1.9.0)
