How do I add files to PEAR?

Hi, I am trying to add files via CVS to PEAR, could someone tell me what I am doing wrong. cvs> cvs -z3 -d :pserver:sterling@cvs.php.net:/repository login [log in] cvs>cvs -z3 -d :pserver:sterling@cvs.php.net:/repository update -dP cvs>cvs -z3 -d :pserver:sterling@cvs.php.net:/repository add php4/pear/Somefile.php // Error here cvs>cvs -z3 -d :pserver:sterling@cvs.php.net:/repository commit php4/pear The update works fine but I get an error when I use the add command. I have also tried "checking out" the repository. Nothing seems to work, does anyone have an idea of what is going wrong? Thank You, Sterling Hughes sterling@designmultimedia.com
