Hi,
thanks for changing the return values for "no more data" in a result set
to NULL and adjusting the DB::isError() function accordingly.
Here some more on mysql.php:
I sometimes create interfaces similar to phpMyAdmin where users connect
to the DB with variable logins, using the login the user provides to
connect to the DB Server.
If the user enters a invalid login or password, I would like to handle
the error myself and without having a warning displayed (access denied
to user xyz@localhost).
What about adding @'s to the $connect_function() in DB/mysql.php in Line
113, 115 and 117? That way only an error object would be returned in
case the connect failed, and I can take care of telling the user what
happened myself.
By the way: I just noticed that in pgsql.php only two of the four
possible calls to $connect_function have an @ before them. Why not all
of them?
