Somewhat hard to implement. It would need to run phpdoc interactively on
all the classes or something like that?

something like that, that really should not be too hard to implement, the most imporant thing is "versioning" (could match CVS revision), the nifty comments could be implemented in a single standardized comments file and browsable is no problem at all
maybe in the future clickable examples to start with...
