DB->affectedRows()?

a co-worker is requesting affectedrows in pear's db classes. is this able
to be implemented in all of the databases that pear plans on supporting?
(ie, can I add it? I noticed it on the TODO list in pgsql and mysql.
I'll add it to those and any of the others that I know how to add it to
if it's ok.)
