Hello,
I have some classes that I'd like to contribute:

If they are accepted, I'll add PHP-compatible licensing (GPL?) and
PEAR'ify them with regard to comment style, documentation, etc.
But:
1. Where in the PEAR hierarchy should they be placed?
2. Does someone have objections to the way the classes
are constructed?
3. Do they fall out of PEAR scope? (I don't think so.)
