Stig,
Does it make sense the way our fetchmodes are setup? If you intended
them to be OR'ed then what would DB_FETCHMODE_ORDERED|DB_FETCHMODE_ASSOC
mean? Those are mutually exclusive, but DB_FETCHMODE_FLIPPED can be
OR'ed with any of them. Thoughts?
