Could you please name the issues that should be resolved?
We need a decision on whether / where to place PHPDoc into the cvs.php.net
repository soon.
I just returned from the first PHP Congress, held in Cologne, Germany,
where Ulf Wendel, the author of PHPDoc held a speech yesterday on source
documentation in general and PHPDoc in special yesterday.
Developers like Thies Arntzen, Sascha Schumann and Hartmut Holzgraefe (and
countless PHP users) congratulated Ulf on hos work. PHPDoc may not be
perfect, but it is a base we can build on - if we decide now to make it a
standard.
