This is good, except that get_Nth_Xday_of_month redundancy that isn't
worth interpreter cycles IMO. I contemplated writing something like this
for my needs, plus some visualizer framework.
And wait, aren't public method names in PEAR preferred to be without
underscores, words accented by capital letters?
