PHPDoc questons

I can't seem to find a more appropriate forum for fielding some PHPDoc
questions, so.. :)
I was looking over the PHPDoc in CVS, and after editing phpdoc/index.php's
variables, I was able to generate some documentation. The XML docs seem
to be coming out alright, but the html files all contained '1', and
nothing else (Not even a line break)
Anyone else come across this issue, or is it something blindly obvious to
fix that I'm missing? :)
