Jim? The plan, as far as *I* know, is that Jim, Rasmus and I were going to work on fleshing out an overall framework for the site (in terms of layout, look and some functionality). At that point, Sterling, Zak, and others are welcome to contribute. At some point we will open up things (via another email list, probably) for contributions, discussions, etc..
