By "frozen" and "won't change ever" you referring to the svn
repo(web/pecl/trunk), right?
That means the the development of http://pecl.php.net/ will
happen
elsewhere, right?
I mean it is highly unlikely that the development on the site itself will
be frozen (it would no sense, and as I noticed you working on the site on
github).
So if the development is active, but the svn repo is abadoned, my questions
are still not answered:
Whats the roadmap then?
Will you keep the peclweb development there(
https://github.com/pierrejoye/peclweb), or you
will merge the changes back
to svn.php.net, or maybe move that repo under http://github.com/php ?
As I said, the wiki should be updated to reflect this, and it should
describe how can one contribute to the development of peclweb, as now it
will be different than the other sites.
