Have you decided where do you want host the source for your package?
You have the following options:
1. hosting in svn on on svn.php.net (this is discouraged as we are in
the process of moving the packages to git)
2. hosting in git on git.php.net (which repo then can be mirrored under
https://github.com/php/)
3. hosting it outside of the php.net infrastructure
