pecl/fribidi: git repo and update

Hi there, I have created a git repo for pecl/fribidi and have update the extension to work with the latest releases of Fribidi, which have been around for years now (and are already distributed in any major Linux distro). https://github.com/behnam/pecl-fribidi I would appreciate if someone make this repo available on git.php.net or tell me how to do that. I used to have a SVN account, but looks like I don't have access to git.php.net.
