Package upload issue

Hi Guys,
I was uploading a new release but lost connection during the process. It
seem the package upload went half-way thru. The new release is listed but
the tgz is missing.
See: http://pecl.php.net/package/Judy
Should I upload again with a new release number or is there a cleaner way
to fix this?
