This appears to have broken searching for the APC module with the pecl
command.
$ pecl search apc
Retrieving data...0%
...File http://pecl.php.net:80/rest/p/memoize_apc/info.xml
not valid
(received: HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found)
pecl install/uninstall apc work fine still.
This used to work until a few hours ago.
Tested with PHP 5.4.16, using default list of registered channels:
doc.php.net, pear.php.net,
pecl.php.net, __uri
