As I see, some extensions build with php4, some do not, requiring php5.
If I am not mistaken, there is also an extension (sqlite) that builds
only with php4.
User can get confused with that. Shouldn't there be an information
somewhere in package.xml about minimal php version extension would work
with? Ideally, configure should check for it (from
php/main/php_version.h) ...
