I tried to load php_wincache.dll with PHP 5.4 TS and it crashed with a
"Unhandled exception at 0x10001300 in php-cgi.exe: 0xC0000005: Access
violation"
at this line in TSRM.c:
resource_types_table[j].dtor(p->storage[j], &p->storage);

Apparently, you did not (yet). I would advice you to do such as a
minimal check.
