Problem with extension DLL links

Hi everyone,
Today i received complaint that links to uri_template[1] extension Windows DLL files are broken.
Extension page[2] shows that Windows DLL files are available, though all links are broken. I checked
windows releases page[3] and uri_template is not listed there. Is there anything i can do to fix the
issue? or is it a Pecl related problem?

P.S.
When i published extension version recently, i received automated email confirming that all builds
for windows platform were successful.
