Hello,
now that PECL has Windows builds available I would like to add ZeroMQ
extension to PECL. The code is available here
https://github.com/mkoppanen/php-zmq
ZeroMQ itself is under LGPL with static link exception and the PHP
extension is under BSD license.
The docs are already in suitable format so it should be just a matter of
committing them and adding a few entities.
