Hi,
A bit late, but I migrated the package source from svn.php.net to
git.php.net with the github mirroring, you can check out at:
http://git.php.net/?p=pecl/search_engine/solr.git;a=summary
and
https://github.com/php/pecl-search_engine-solr
Please verify that the source seems to be ok, I will grant you commit/push
karma today(svn.php.net seems to be acting up atm, and our karma files are
still under svn).
