Hi,
could you elaborate a bit more a bit more on why do you need a php.net and
a pecl account?
MongoHQ seems to be a hosted mongodb service, and pecl already has a
mongodb driver (http://pecl.php.net/package/mongo) so I'm not sure what do
you mean by Connect with MongoHQ.
