Sorry for the mess with re-releasing but when I uploaded 1.3.1 because I
forgot to add one file, then it didn't work:
I got this message:
# pecl install jsond-1.3.1
Failed to download pecl/jsond, version "1.3.1", latest release is version
1.3.0, stability "beta", use "channel://pecl.php.net/jsond-1.3.0" to install
install failed
Even the jsond-1.3.1 was released.
I have deleted both versions and re-upload 1.3.0 and it's working fine now.
