Summary:
1. Building & using the extension on Windows is just impossible without
linking to DLL's that are compiled with GCC.
2. You do not support external binaries.
So, I guess you will never provide a php_av.dll on windows.php.net.
Now, what is the consequnce? Do you still welcome Chung's extension on
PECL for the *nix users?
