I have created the version that would work with PHP4 and PHP5 :)
and I have registered it via http://pecl.php.net/package-new.php
I have an API documentation written in XML DocBoox.
What do I need to do to have a phpdoc and pecl/esmtp CVS access?
I have contacted the PHP group for months to enhance my cvs access
to pear/Numbers_Words but ... I have got no answer, for months. :(
