I wonder if we're not being too hasty here. I mean, I have nothing
against this person, but so far we've seen reporting a couple aspects of
one bug (which is a genuine bug, no complaints, thanks a lot for
reporting and fixes proposal) and a couple of simple patches. Is this
really enough for being granted full access to PHP source repo? Note
that anybody can propose pull requests and send in patches, you don't
need an account for that.
