hi,
I plan to move the pecl.php.net host to its new home tomorrow.
New upload won't be possible for 24hours, just to be sure everything
went fine during the migration.
Time plan:
Monday, 1AM UTC, releases will be blocked
Tuesday, 1AM UTC, release allowed again on the new host. Old host will
remain around for a couple of days so installers won't have issues
during the DNS change propagation.
Sorry for the inconvenience,
Cheers,
