It is likely from https://github.com/php/web-pecl/blob/master/public_html/release-upload.php#L53 defined here: https://github.com/php/web-pecl/blob/master/include/pear-config.php#L21-L27 Based on that I have created /var/tmp/pear/uploads -Rasmus
