Merge/review needed from xdiff,oauth and mailparse maintainers

Hi, mailparse [0], oauth [1], stats[2] and xdiff[3] have all been ported to PHP 7. I have reached out to the maintainers of these extensions, but have not had luck in getting them uploaded to PECL yet. Bugs are starting to get filed against these extensions now that PHP 7 has been released. I am using these extensions day to day (and so are others) I encourage users to start using them.
