Publisher account request - quanta-computing

Hello, I work at Quanta-Computing as a Developper & IT Manager and I wrote a PHP extension to enhance our product. Our product is a SaaS for E-Commerce performance analytics and we include a Magento profiler which we are replacing by this new php extension. This extension is based on the great work done by the Xhprof authors and adds more specific profiling options to suit our needs. We'd like to be able to publish this extension on PECL to ease the installation by our customers. Of course, we'll be maintaining it on PECL if it's published. You'll find the code here: https://github.com/quanta-computing/quanta-php-module Please tell me what you think and thank you for your time.
