Introduce myself

Hi! I'm David, I work in Montreal, Canada since 2 years now and I develop personal project using PHP7. I recently get the sources of the *PDO 4D* extension updated to work with *PHP, 5.4, 5.5, 5.6 and 7*, create a public repository, available here: https://github.com/emulienfou/pdo_4d and fix some bugs. I also contact the 2 maintainers on the PECL to check with them if they can update there repository. But without an answer from them, I'd like to be maintainer too! Currently, I test compiling this extension in my Debian servers using *PHP7.0.8 *and *PHP7.1alpha2* and works perfectly. Thanks -- David SANCHEZ
