those are not libcouchbase C SDK, see
http://developer.couchbase.com/documentation/server/4.1/sdks/c-2.4/download-
list.html . Clear, what we do is just taking the lib and building it, but
for PECL I was asked to fetch the builds from that page, it still doesn't
provide vc14 builds :( I don't mind to build it myself, just it's good to
know why there's no official SDK yet.
